Annual General Meeting

at the Goods Shed

There will be an annual general meeting of the Tetbury Rail Lands Regeneration Trust at 6 pm (1800 hours) on Wednesday 19^th July 2023  at the Goods Shed.  This is an advance notice of the meeting and the formal notification and agenda will be issued 21 days prior to the meeting.

Any members of the Trust may attend the meeting.  To register as a member of the Trust one must complete a membership application form and pay a subscription of £1.  Membership forms may be obtained from the Goods Shed office or reception desk, or by e-mailing [email protected].  Membership forms received immediately prior to the meeting accompanied by the subscription will be accepted.

Any nominations for the election of a person to be a Trustee must be received from a member qualified to vote at the meeting not less than 14 days before the date of the meeting.
