Certificate 12. Running time: 2hr 3 mins . Comedy, Drama, Fantasy. Doors open at 7pm
At the age of 21, Tim is told an incredible family secret by his father: all the men in his family have the ability to relive their past. He can revisit any moment in his life to try things differently until he gets them perfectly right. He decides to use his special new gift to win the heart of the beautiful Mary but finds that the course of true love can be hilariously difficult – even with the ability to try, try and try again.
About Time is a romantic comedy about love, life and time travel, which discovers that, in the end, making the most of life may not need time travel at all.
Directed by Richard Curtis (Love Actually, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Notting Hill) and starring Bill Nighy, Tom Hollander, Domhnall Gleeson and Rachel McAdams
We recently had a hearing loop installed at The Shed for the benefit of all who might appreciate a little help hearing the audio systems. If you would like to reserve one – you can do so either when booking your tickets on line or by calling the office on 01666 505496.
Films at the Goods Shed are projected on to a six-metre (19 feet 8 inches) wide screen, with sound provided by a multipoint Dolby system. The 180 seats are purpose-made for auditorium use and are tiered, giving everyone a comfortable and unobstructed view of the screen.
We provide a bar at most screenings, offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Doors open 30 minutes before each screening.
You can buy tickets in advance using the form below, or on the door up to 30 minutes before screening, subject to availability. There is no fee for booking online.
At this stage, it isn’t possible to reserve specific seats. If you have a favourite spot, it’s best to arrive early, get a drink, and settle in to enjoy the movie!
