About Trish Claridge

A life-long painter and lover of colour and theatricality.

Having enjoyed many years of painting portraits, the incredible beauty of the bold, yet often delicate forms found in the garden of her new home, drew her to paint large floral works using the drama of the play of light and shadows as inspiration.

Trish is a member of the Society of Women Artists and has exhibited with the SWA, The Pastel Society, and The Royal Society of Portrait Painters.  She has also exhibited with the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists and The Bath Society of Artists

About Joyce Pinch

The inspiration for this exhibition has come from my garden and from the countryside here in Gloucestershire. I have used colour and scale to illustrate the variety that is intrinsic within each subject, where the colours can be extraordinarily delicate and subtle but sometimes riotous and flamboyant and it is my aim to celebrate that diversity. All my paintings are executed in acrylic and oil on canvas or board.
