Based on the 1980s British TV series, Widows is the work of acclaimed author Gillian Flynn and director Steve McQueen.

Set in contemporary Chicago amid a time of turmoil Widows tells the story of four women who take their fate into their own hands and conspire to forge a future on their own terms.

When their husbands are killed during a failed robbery, their widowed wives try to finish the business that their husbands could not.

Directed by Steve McQueen.  Written by Gillian Flynn and based on the British 1980s TV series of the same name the film brings together a stronghold of talent including Viola Davis, Elizabeth Debecki, Michelle Rodrigues, Cynthia Erivo, Liam Neeson and Colin Farrell.

Films at the Goods Shed are projected on to a six-metre (19 feet 8 inches) wide screen, with sound provided by a multipoint Dolby system. The 180 seats are purpose-made for auditorium use and are tiered, giving everyone a comfortable and unobstructed view of the screen.

We provide a bar at most screenings, offering alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Doors open 30 minutes before each screening.

You can buy tickets in advance using the form below, or on the door up to 30 minutes before screening, subject to availability. There is no fee for booking online.

At this stage, it isn’t possible to reserve specific seats. If you have a favourite spot, it’s best to arrive early, get a drink, and settle in to enjoy the movie!
