Foraging Walk with John Wright
John Wright is one of the UK’s most respected foragers and cooks, and wrote three of the acclaimed ‘River Cottage Handbooks’. He leads foraging courses all over the UK, and is joining us in Tetbury to see what he can discover to eat in the Cotswold hills.
He will be leading a walk through the fields outside Tetbury to see what the Cotswold spring has to offer food-wise – and then returning to the Goods Shed to cook it!
Please note: Tickets are for the walk only – food to be paid for separately.
From 1.30pm – John Wright and the Velo Bakery – Cooking with Foraged Food!
Free – but you have to pay for the food!
Back from his foraging walk, John and the pizza team from Velo (Stroud Brewery) get cooking. Marc Arles runs Stroud’s original organic pizza and bakery company will create amazing dishes from what John and his foraging team have found, and mix it up with a range of other locally sourced ingredients.
